Our pilot product is in development: we are designing a solution that will allow companies and other employers to quantify the impact of menopause on their bottom line through loss of diversity, expertise and talent pipeline, to name a few factors.
Through equipping People Teams and other business leaders with empirical evidence, we will enable them to persuade their executive boards that their current approach to menopause is impacting the business and change is required to attract, retain and develop employees of all ages.
